I’m Ashlie P. Williams — dot connector, thought leader, and opportunity facilitator.
Before I discovered those words, I was just a girl from Los Angeles who sang in the choir and loved to talk. The Christian principles instilled in me by my parents have become my guiding light.
Los Angeles raised me and still pays, but it’s not the only place I call home. Upon graduating from Howard University in Washington, D.C. a new level of purpose was birthed within me; and after spending four years in the nation’s capital during the Obama era, I knew my work - whether in entertainment, marketing, politics, or technology - had to be meaningful and impactful.
Over a decade later and (countless jobs in between), I’m constantly searching for a purpose greater than my own. I believe in social good and impact in whatever the line of work.
It’s how I live my life and the legacy I hope to leave.
